    The owner of the online shop www.nobsi.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Nobsi OÜ with the registration code 16411538, located at Telliskivi tn 4, Aegviidu alev, Anija parish, Harjumaa, 74501.

    Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information

    The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

    The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. For purchases within Estonia, the delivery fee is not added to the price. When ordering to Europe, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.

    The delivery charge depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method.

    The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order at .

    The information about the goods is provided on the Webshop directly next to the goods.

    Prices and billing on the Online Shop are in Euro.

    You can pay for the goods in the Online Shop:

    • By bank transfer
    • By invoice

    Nobsi OÜ is the controller of the personal data, Nobsi OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

     

    The ordering process is carried out by the payment service provider

    • In order to place an order, you need to add the desired products to the shopping cart.
    • In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method.
    • The contract will take effect as soon as the amount due is credited to the account of the Webshop.

    In the event that the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and a refund will be made.

    The purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and will be refunded the amount paid (including delivery costs) without delay, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

    Delivery

    Goods will be sent to the following countries:

    • Estonia – 3-5 working days
    • Europe – 5-10 working days

    Delivery costs are borne by the supplier for domestic purchases. For orders to Europe, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed in the shipping method.

    The delivery partner is DPD EESTI AS (registration code 10092256).

    The delivery is made by courier. The courier will contact the Customer using the telephone number indicated in the order to agree on the exact time of delivery. The goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer.

    Domestic deliveries in Estonia will normally reach the destination specified by the Buyer within 3-5 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract.

    Outside Estonia, delivery will be made within 5-10 calendar days, depending on the location.

    In exceptional cases, the right of delivery is granted within 45 calendar days.

    Right of withdrawal

    After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 30 days.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person .

    In order to exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop.

    If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

    In order to return the goods, you must contact us by e-mail: info@mynobsi.com no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods.

    The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser, unless the reason for returning the goods is due to the fact that the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods).

    The purchaser must return the goods within 30 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.

    Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will reimburse to the purchaser immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the request for withdrawal, all the payments received from the purchaser under the contract.

    The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the return of the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.

    If the purchaser has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.

    The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods in the online shop is, due to a mistake, marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

     

    Right to lodge a complaint

    The online shop shall be liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer which existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within a period of up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser, the defect shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

    The rebuttal of this presumption is the Online Shopping Obligation.

    The purchaser has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest in the event of a defect by sending an e-mail to info@mynobsi.ee or by calling +372 51 87 825.

    The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

    If the goods purchased from the Webshop have defects for which the Webshop is liable, the Webshop will repair or replace the defective goods.

    In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Webshop will refund the buyer all the fees that were included in the sales contract.

    The online shop will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

     

    Direct marketing and processing of personal data

    The online shop will use the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.

    The online shop transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

    The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has provided his/her e-mail address.

    The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by e-mail at any time by informing us by e-mail at the following address

    Dispute resolution

    If the purchaser has a complaint about the Online Shop, he or she should send it by e-mail to info@mynobsi.com or call +372 51 87 825.

    If the purchaser and the Online Shop are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms and conditions of the procedure and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the online shop. The buyer’s complaint will be examined by the Commission free of charge.

    The buyer can refer to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.

     

    Special orders

    In the case of special orders, the deadlines and payment terms are subject to change due to agreements between the customer and Nobs OÜ and will be specified in written communication between them. Goods made to a special order are not returnable unless the product is not of the usual quality, the agreed terms and conditions and the requirements were not met.
